I used Les for my home and my auto and was stupid and didn't check other prices since I just assumed I was getting the best deal. Turns out I was getting charged over $1000 more than I should've.

My home insurance check was sent from Mortgage company and they never received it. However, when I had to pay the increase on my homeowners because I cancelled my auto, they recieved that check. They cancelled my policy without communicating to my mortgage company or myself.

Horrible customer service.

Go to American Family Insurance..... amazing customer service and great fair prices.
