I have banked with this bank for over 10 years. I've had two $5,000 loans, and paid them off within the grace period. And I have a much better credit score now then I did 10 years ago and I get denied for a loan? WTF? I even asked for less than their required amount, and I only needed it temporarily and was going to pay it right off once I got my insurance money for the value of my car,which was only going to be a few weeks not even a month. The whole reason why I needed the money was so I could buy this car online that someone had for sale, and it was such a great deal I didn't want to pass it up. But instead they wanted to embarrass me telling me they denied it all because of a $700 bill from kaiser, which was from 5 years ago, and not supposed to be on there since I disputed it. And I've fixed my credit and it's now 789 but I get denied?? I will be banking with a much better bank that has much more trust in their clients and respects them a lot better then they did me. I've never felt so embarrassed by a bank before. So as soon as I get my check this week I am cashing it and going some where else because I definitely don't want them standing behind me as my bank.

Super friendly, and they participate in MoneyPass, so I can use their ATM with my credit union bank card for free.
