I have mixed experiences with the bank. People are really nice. Apparently can't use Firefox to get into my credit card. For weeks I was locked out of my account online. So far today it's okay.

Not a fan needed change for the bus .....the lady said I need a account!!! Hurtful!!

Please don't do any more upgrades. I am locked out of my account and again I have to call your office for permission to access my own money. I am ready to go elsewhere

Nothing I can say would be enough to thank these people for their excellent banking service. I switched to Banner Bank for both business and personal account several years ago. Their service is top-notch and personalized. I especially recommend them as a choice for small business banking, as there are no fees for a business checking account. I switched from a competitor when that "small bank" started charging fees to business accounts. I'm so glad that I did!

This is the best bank out there. No monthly fees for their bank account, unlike Chase, and they even reimburse ATM fees if I use another ATM! If I'm in a hurry, they even fill out the deposit slip for me. Top notch service that's so hard to find these days. Love them!!
