I came in to get a direct deposit form and the manager ( can't remember his name) was very nice and asked what he could help me with right away. I got assisted by a very nice lady named Keitlyn I think... She had just started her new position, but she said she has been with Chase for 4 years. She was great and pleasant to be assisted by and she works fast! I had a great experience!!

The teller I spoke with did not know what a cashiers check was. And the "manager" she asked was no help either. I will not be going here for anything other than ATM use.
