Service is great, food is so good, and the cocktails are delicious. This is a perfect place for a night cap and a chill hangout with friends.

Best spot for a first date! Nice & classy, crafty cocktails, friendly staff, interesting atmosphere, good noise management (easy to converse) and the food is even good! Not many veg*n options, but what they have is good.

My wife and I went here after dinner for our 4th anniversary. It was a bit loud inside, but it was the noise of people enjoying their night. The cocktail menu was extensive. There's some more normal stuff and some absolutely crazy stuff (like a dacquari with activated charcoal in it to turn it black). We got a fruity drink and a harder drink to share, as well as a little platter with bread, cheese, fruit and nuts. The harder drink was a custom creation from the bartender because we couldn't decide what to get. It was absolutely delicious, and the rest of our fare wasn't far behind it.
But what really makes the Sapphire Hotel special to me though was the relaxed yet romantic atmosphere. Little things that are hard to describe but make an impact together. That along with the friendly service made me sure I wanted to give it a good review. What bought it it's fifth star though was the attached sign I found in the bathroom. As a paramedic who sees first hand what drunk drivers can do, I really appreciate a bar taking that level of responsibility. I made sure to donate to it on the way out.
Overall, a near-perfect experience. I can't recommend it enough. Go there, be merry, enjoy a drink and a snack, and if you can, give them a dollar or two for their safer streets fund.

Sat at the bar and had a wonderful conversation with Frederick. Tried two appetizers and two custom cocktails. No disappointments here. Great atmosphere if you don't care for corporate.

My hubby wanted to go somewhere with custom cocktails that you can't find anywhere else. Well we found it here! The drinks have unique names like Dickery Daiquiri, Cash Me Outside, No Respect, etc. I wanted something chocolatey and he wanted something spicy -- both drinks were delish! Server was very friendly and helpful with navigating the menu to get our order just right. Relaxing atmosphere with background music makes for a nice place to enjoy a new drink. Can't wait to try more!
