Kaiser exceeds all other allopathic medical facilities I have ever encountered. What used to be like human goes to a heartless mechanic has morphed into the hallowed halls of those few who gave EVER received a FIVE star review from Consumer Reports.

I've never heard of a medical facility turning around so drastically. This is true of all Kaiser facilities, not just this one.

Of course I've had an issue or two over the 3 years I've been back, but I've received stellar care from all but 2 doctors and I've seen many.

The doctor at this facility is in hematology, but thise doctors are Sooo overworked it's hard to imagine how they can do what they do. I feel rather tossed to the side and not heard by Dr. Barnett, but it isn't her fault because most of her cases are far more serious than mine and it's only right that they get the bulk of her attention. Should it change I'll update this review.

It's a little hard to find, so just turn on your talking GPS and you'll be fine!

Excellent facility. Great staff! Had my retina start to detach and these folks did a fine job with the surgery. I was very scared but they were very good at explaining to me exactly what was going to take place and why and they put me under the surgery and I didn't feel too bad immediately after. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
