Does not even deserve one star. Terrible customer service. They don't know anything about their products. Will never visit this store again.

Beautiful store, experienced alternative health practitioners and great alternative medicine products. Plus a conventional pharmacy. Two thumbs up!

Wish I could review the store separately from the pharmacy. The store itself is pleasant, good products, helpful staff. Because of that, I decided to switch my prescriptions from a larger pharmacy. Big mistake. I asked staff person #1 for 90-day supplies and was assured they could do what any larger pharmacy could do. They provided a 30-day supply (therefore 3 co-pays for 90 days). Staff person #2 said it was because my physician wouldn’t okay a 90-day supply. After checking, NOT TRUE. The next staff person said it was because my plan would not permit a 90-day supply. After checking again, also NOT TRUE. I don’t know whether they are inefficient, lazy, or ignorant. And I also don’t know why the store management puts up with this kind of service in an otherwise pleasant store.
