I had an appointment at 10:50 am. It is now 11:45am, I am still waiting. I watched 3 people that checked in after me go back, but since I am being seen by a "provider" that is running behind I have to wait at least another hour. I have to be at work at 2pm and I am going to have be late to my job. Not to mention I'm paying $200 out of pocket. This place is a joke and if I could give 1 star i would. Screaming kids with abusive parents in the lobby and rude staff that told me "This is just the reality of the situation." UNACCEPTABLE!!

This is my favorite location I've been to - yes, the wait can be long, but I feel like I actually get the attention and detail that I need. The staff I've encountered at this location have been friendly and caring. I am so glad you guys are here!

I have never been to this place but I am a nurse practitioner in women's health elsewhere and I know there are days that people wait a long time to see me. It sounds like the folks who work here are wonderful, competent and caring people and are worth waiting for. I would rather wait a while and get that kind of care than feel rushed but get out quickly. Good thing there are all sorts of places to go for care. Let's keep our options open.

As a 28 year old female student working toward a Microbiology degree and of reasonable, sound mind I wanted to leave a realistic review. I usually read all reviews and ones here worried me, but they must be out right lies because that is not the place I visited. The staff were AMAZING, I was called in so fast I barely had time to text a friend back. I was treated with the utmost respect, kindness and openness by every single staff member (I interacted directly with 5). And despite feeling extremely uncomfortable and sick due to a progressed bladder infection, they made me smile and feel completely at ease. This was, by far, the best experience I have ever had with any doctor's office. I would rather never go to a regular doctor again. Positively wonderful first time experience, thank you to all the staff for just being awesome.
