I went in yesterday for a nerve test, I was very nervous as I had no idea what to expect. Parking was weird as it always is in that area but Rebound had plenty of signs out front so you can't get lost trying to find them at least! I waited for a while because I showed up late, my bad. Dr. Matthew McGehee was going to handle my testing. He was very helpful in answering all my questions about the machine and what everything did. When it came time to do the 'needle' part I told him needles make me faint. He asked one of the ladies working to grab me a pillow, crackers and juice. She also stayed to talk to me while the rest of the test went on. That was very helpful and they joked around so it didn't feel stressful. They really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable! I told them about my future choices because Id like to go back to college so Dr.McGehee told me a story about someone he went to school with and it really straightened out my decisions! With that I'm thankful, even though I'm sure he didn't know he was helping me at the time! Such great professional and compassionate people!

The staff at rebound were all very friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable in a less than comfortable experience. Dr. Ellis and Mary Zucconi PA-C were excellent. I really hope this casting works, guess we'll find out next week.

I have had great care from Dr Todd Borus. I had a partial knee replacement one year ago and still very happy with the outcome. Nice office and wonderful surgery center.

The girls at the front desk where wonderful,we felt very welcome. The nurse that took us to the room was pleasant and I felt comfortable. I was referred here from my orthopedic surgeon do to the damage that I had from my accident. I was thrown from my horse 2 years ago and broke my arm and shoulder Dr. Adams did surgery and I did everything I was told in order to have the best outcome. Dr. Sent me because
My body didn’t do it’s job and heal right and the doctors at rebound were my best chance at a full recovery. I hope it is because they require a lot of a person in order to precede with surgery when a person is in so much pain. You have to take at least 3 trips back and forth meeting with the different departments. Which we weren’t pleased with. It would be different if we lived in Portland or Vancouver. But all in all the staff is very pleasant and you’ll feel very comfortable.

Dr. Pierce gave a thorough exam and asked lots of questions to try and get to the bottom of my ankle pain. He was very personable. Even though there was know obvious cause, his follow up and therapy plan seemed logical and I'm confident we will figure it out.
