Ordered a pizza through Postmates and was given the wrong order. I call to tell Little Caesars of the situation and am told they are at fault and to bring the wrong items in to be exchanged for the correct order. I do not drive and am not going to spend money on a cab to get my original order when I specifically ordered it for delivery to avoid additional fees. After contacting Postmates on the advice of the Little Caesar's employee, I repeatedly attempt to reconnect with Little Caesar's, which will no longer answer my call. Totally unnecessary.

This was our first order for round pizza from Little Caesars. We ordered 3, two Hawaiian, one three meat. We added extra topping just in case. Everyone loved them. Packed with Canadian bacon and pineapple. Cooked just right, and crispy crust. Counter girl was helpful and nice. Excellent!!

When Little Caesars recently raised the price of the Hot 'n Ready Pepperoni from $5.99 to $6.99 they added $1.00 upgrade option to get extra pepperoni and cheese added. This is essentially a $2.00 price increase since it is well worth the extra buck for a much heartier pie This location is always staffed with courteous employees that serve a great product. I have rarely waited more than five minutes for my food.

We come into the store and they are obviously busy, which is understandable for a Sunday evening. There's several people in the lobby, none of which are standing at the counter. So, we walk up to the counter to be helped. The gentleman working the counter looks at someone standing several feet from the counter and says he believes she was next. I apologize stating she wasn't standing anywhere near the counter, so we thought she had already been helped and let her go in front of us. He helps her then, I kid you not, he looks at someone standing behind all of us and asks, "Were you here before them too?" I was so shocked by this lack of customer service, all I could do was look right at him and give the, "really?!" look. I understand this is cheap pizza, but good customer service should be given no matter the price of the food you are purchasing.
