Super fine dining with great views of the city. Bar staff were super responsive and food was delicious. Try the Key Lime martini - delicious!

Excellent all the way around - stunning views, tasty food, very reasonable lunch prices and all provided with cheerful and professional service - a new favorite after just one visit. If I lived in the area, I would be here routinely. I ordered the half sandwich/soup lunch combo and the turkey sandwich option exceeded my expectations (that's always nice) - plus, its bread was just fantastic. The clam chowder was equally enjoyable, with clam meat that was quite tender and I didn't have to endure even a single shell-bit crunch. Kudos. Other lunch entrees in our order looked just as nice and motivated warm compliments from my dining companions at the end. Pairing the amazing views with such satisfying food, service and prices is a real win. I can't wait to return.

What a view. This is the type of place that you want to sit down and eat your dinner slow so you can enjoy where you are. The food is great and so is the service. I don't know who would be ok with not sitting next to the window. Awesome place to go for any special occasion no matter the time of year.

This is a good spot to see a view of Portland. The happy hour is the only time you want to go there because otherwise it's a little too pricey. Word of advice for staff--find an equal way to allow the happy hour guests to find a window seat. It is ridiculous that you can wait in the front of the line down by the elevators and still not get a seat. It should be first come first serve. Make only one elevator take us up at 4 and make it so there's a clear line and it doesn't turn into free for all. I think if it was an orderly process, everyone could get a chance to sit there if they decide to wait their turn.
If you are one of the lucky ones who gets those seats, it's worth it. Otherwise just turn around and try again another day since you pay a premium for the view. You can get cheaper drinks elsewhere.

High end standard American fare. The food is good, the service excellent. If you can try to get a seat near a window. The view is unique in a clear day or night.
Their happy hour in the bar area makes for a nice way to split some appetizers.
