Love Wax On. Always a good bikini wax experience, without any unwanted side effects afterwards. Quick and excellent work. (Also, I agree with another reviewer; I don't know if Jevon is sill there, but she was really great!)

I had an appointment booked at this location at 12:45, which I got a confirmation call reminder about a day before. I show up for my appointment right on time and the door is locked ("Will return at 11am"?). I tried calling them, no answer. I waited for at least 15 minutes and decided to leave. Another patron was waiting outside too.

I used to go to the Burnside location which is now closed. I never hadn't a problem like this there.

I absolutely LOVE wax on spa! I refuse to go get a wax anywhere else. I love all the girls there but my favorite is Jevon! She is super fun and energetic and can make you feel comfortable so easily. She remembers you and you can pick up on a conversation you had 6 weeks prior. She is amazing, and QUICK... that is what I always look for.. is something quick so I don't focus on the wax! AMAZING
