Food and service is always good! There has been several times when ordering steak and it has not come out the way it was expected BUT, the staff and management always fix the orders and make them come out perfect the second time around. Definately a great place to enjoy a relaxing meal. A bit pricey but the food quality makes it all worth it!

We went for my son's 14th birthday. He ordered Flo's Filet and ABSOLUTELY loved it. They also brought him a birthday sundae and sang Happy Birthday to him. Great service and food. That's why we keep coming back!

very disappointed with the customer service here. i accidentally left my debit card there the night before so i called to make sure it was there. i was quizzed on my name and the spelling of "nicole" and then told they would call me back when the manager checked the office. 40 minutes later i showed up because i got no phone call. i asked for the manager very politely and when she came over told her that i waited over 40 minutes for a call back and was upset. she never once apologized for not calling or taking so long. just gave me an excuse of it being too busy, yet it only took her 30 seconds to come out of the back when i was there in person.... i won't return to this location because of her. i forgot to get her name (which is my fault) but she has dark shoulder length hair if this gets back to the company i would hope she is embarrassed of her actions.

Nice atmosphere. Food is good. It's the kids favorite place to go after the movies. We were 2 adults and 5 kids. We have never been asked whether we called ahead. The girl at the desk asked us that. We were surprised because the parking lot was empty, the waiters were all just standing around as if waiting for something to do. We planned it out so we can go when it was less busy.
Our server was pleasant and helpful. Overall ok experience.
