We had a party of 14 and our waitress Bristol was amazing!! She rembemered drinks and food without writing it down.. always made sure we were good with everything... food was great and so were the happy hour drinks..

Appetizers were good, pretzels and Jack chicken. My rib eye was a bit charred and the cut was thin, the broccoli so lemon I couldn't eat them. My bf's French onion soup was salty but otherwise good aside from trying the side of the bowl.

Great service, got right in and seated on a stormy Friday night. I come to RI once a year and make sure TGI Fridays is on my list of places to be, however this year the food really disappointed me. the buffalo burger was so sloppy I couldn't even finish it and the pasta was on the dry side. Wasn't bad enough to not come back but I hope next year the food is something I'd expect from a franchise I love so much and previously worked for in my hometown.

Tasty Cobb salad. I added salmon and it was really good. And now I know why people really like the green goodness dressing. :D

Though not the absolute best Fridays I've been to, this place was still great. It was all due to our outstanding waitress Rachel, she was a true specialist in her work. She advised us about the Fridays rewards points and great promotions along with recommendations all without being too overwhelming or annoying. She did look a bit over worked, but my gosh, I've never met a waitress who really had her head on the job. Thank you Rachel, I know this review isn't much but just know your hard work is definitely being noticed.
