I took rental car couple of days before, my experience was quite good but unfortunately the day when I returned the car I forgot to get back one of my expensive sunglass from the car.exactly After 2 hours i went there to get the stuff and explained them about the incident. Unfortunately the car was already given to some other customer and after 2-3 days the was supposed to return. When I tried to know the status after some days, the response was so rude n replied we can't help you.... This was the service...beware of your belongings before you return the car. They didn't even try to contact the person once who took the car on rent.

I hate buget,one of their drivers hit my car and no one got back to me and I had to pay. 7000 thousands of damages .Maybe I need a lawyer.

The most friendly, accommodating staff ever. Been using Eddy Street for a number of years and have never had a bad experience.

The owners are great people, they make you feel comfortable when you come in. They always accommodate us with cars needed. Staff are also super friendly. If you are running alittle late from your drop off time, they will work with you.
