I see all these reviews and i am very shocked.I have been dealing with ezz rental and leasing since jan 4th 2016 when i started renting a car from them.i rented a car till dec 27th 2016 untill i was in an accident.my husband called them to let them know what happened and they called to see if i was ok.they also worked with us to help me get in to my new jeep commander.it didnt pass inspection and i brought it right down to them and there fixing everything that didnt pass without any issues.i understand it gets fustrating when stuff happens to your car but u cant go in there giving attitudes cause u get the same respect u give.Rob have always been very nice to me and my husband so havnt the other guys at ezzz rental and leasing.never have i had and issue.they have even needed to switvh out one of the rentsls i had and i didnt have time to get to east providence so they drove the new rental to me in fall river mass.so i deff would recommend them to my family and friends and also others.Tahnk u Rob and ezzz rental and leasing for helping me and my family get in to a car that is big enough for all of us and working with us.u guys deff r a great place

If you want to deal with shady, scummy people then you should definitely go to E'zee car rental in east providence. I rented a car for a month, and it was due back this past Saturday. I called to ask if I could keep the car longer, and they said that wouldn't be a problem. They wanted to take the rental I had because it needed an oil change and to bring it in and get another rental. I agreed and when I got there they told me they no longer had any rentals available and to try again on Monday. I admit that I got a little heated for making me come there just to get stuck there with no ride. I tried talking to the manager and he said "we don't need your money, take your business elsewhere" I could not believe how unprofessional this guy was. I then told him he would regret treating me like that, and at that point he got in my face started pushing me and then another one of his friends grabbed me and they both assaulted me and threw me down to the ground. I I did nothing to deserve them putting there hands on me. I then called the police because I had injuries to my back and neck. The police got there and immediately took the managers side of the story without even asking me first why I called the police. I was assaulted by two guys I did nothing to them. This place is a joke and I'll be seeing you in court that's a promise. You will not get away with putting your hands on me !!!

I had spent over a year saving every paycheck to buy my first car. Sunk everything I had into a 2008 altima and fell in love with the quality and they were able to meet my price range (which is BIG). As much as I love my car, I cannot drive it. We waited the full 21 days for them to get the plates and registration sorted, but by the 21st day they had never contacted us. My father had to go to them to be given a story meant to cover their incompetence and assure us they'd overnight it and have it in the next day. Here we are almost 4 days later and they still cannot keep in contact on their end. Having to reach out to THEM everytime, they still give excuses as to why they can't get us the tracking number and why they can't get the title sorted. Told us they'd give us a rental car and even drive it to us since my car can't leave the driveway. We have yet to see a rental car, which is a problem when I have to get to work and it is inconvenient to get a ride from anyone else. They keep saying it will just be another day but follow it up with excuses. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but the way they have been handling this situation has just been incredibly unprofessional and frustrating for everyone involved. As a first time car buyer, they have left me in the dark with a lot of questions. Cannot help but to wonder what the problem could possibly be to cause them THIS MUCH TROUBLE getting the title/registration. Everything seems increasingly more shady with each passing interaction and do not appreciate feeling as though my car is in question and may have to be given up. This has been a pretty heartbreaking ordeal and not at all how I wanted my first car buying experience to go.

They lie. Don't give you print out of any thing they fix. (If they fixed anything)... Mechanic left the caps off oil dipstick and where u pour the oil in... Smdh!!! Make you wait forever. Had the car for 2 days and has to go in to the shop. It's been in two times already for the same thing. They keep saying that's how it is. Ya OK... The only good thing out of that is I had a loaner car. But come on fix the dam problems.. And we paid cash for it. Never ever again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. two weeks later we traded it in couldn't deal with them anymore... overall ducky dirty unprofessional business.
