Morgan Ajello look up on google Dingo Coccia or WPRI 12 News Archives. Pretty interesting story about him and his experience in the car rental business. Most of the small shops rent from here. Ive heard mixed reviews and seen on one Pawtucket Body Shops Google Review there were customers who had the same issues as you. If those on here with negative customer complaints go to the local authorities then something may be done. I guess it just depends on who waits on you there are some decent people there.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They have horrible unreliable staff, as well as a very incompetent fraudulent owner Deano. Nothing but problems with them after using their rental service only once.

Don't rent from here! Will most definitely try to scam your insurance company with a bogus claim weeks after you return the vehicle.

So far not happy with there service. I called multiple times and i was told there will be cars available on Wednesday to rent. Of course i call nice and early and now I'm being told call back later to reserve something for another day.

Brock’s Collision Center has utilized Richmond Auto Sales & Rental as our preferred rental car company for over seven years now. Typically, about 5-10 of our customers are in a Richmond rental car at any given time. Over the course of our relationship they have continuously shown their promptness, respectfulness to our customers, and knowledgeable experience concerning the auto-rental and insurance claims process. Patrick, John, and Quan, who have been our primary contacts over the years, have all been great representatives of their company, and have always reflected a great image of our company as well whenever they step into our door.
