Friendly staff in the downtown providence office....always helpful....I love how easy it is to get a zipcar when I need it....

zipcar is a fraudulant company. they double charge. they refuse to communicate. they refuse BBB complaints.

Went down to the Zipcar office today to pick up my Zipcard. Very simple, very approachable staff. Explained everything clearly and answered all my questions.
