I hate that you have to call same day appointments . everytime i call to make an appointment , when they tell me to call first thing , its always booked . I can never get seen and its for my birth controls . i speak English they talk Spanish to me. Everytime i do go there im not happy at all. Also, theres the no privacy you can hear people's business from another room.

I am very happy with Olneyville Health Center. They always had sick appointments available, specially for people like me who work and cannot see a doctor after 5:30PM. The doctors are very professional and always ask questions concerning with your health. I always get better after a visit there.

This place is so unprofessional when it comes to customer care the receptionists are extreamly rude and tend to argue with the patient when they don't understand English they talk about them in front of other patients waiting to get checked in I witnessed this myself going to my childrens check up and the only reason I take my children there if for transportation reasons for the moment but I will be following their doctor to where ever her office is located!! Another reason why I rate this health center a 1 star is also how they communicate with patients you have to guess when your children have had check ups, shots, and physicals (thank goodness I'm always on top of my responsibilities) I called to get an appointment for my childrens physical and I have to make a same day appointment so when I did that they didn't have any openings how inconvenient to working parents that have school kids I had to keep calling and guess what no openings no cancellations and a day of pay missed and education not given!!!! I feel as though no matter what the insurance issue or the fact that it's where all of us minorities live but everything needs to change the people and the children of the area should love where they go most of them fear going to get checked when they are sick or need to due to how rudely there treated here just because of the area everyone should get treated equally and seen accordingly done like a real health center you can tell that community isn't cared for and that's sad.... (update today 4/11/16 they didn't open till 12 since its same day visits and again no availability for my son like this place is ridiculous I'm changing them for sure now RHODE ISLAND IS THE MOST POOR YET IGNORANT STATE!!! FOH ✌😬)
