I've been a patient of Dr. Mathieu for over 20 years. He is a wonderful physician. He is very thorough and responsive to my health issues.
It's a great practice. Friendly, effecient staff. Reasonable wait times. When I have had acute health issues they have scheduled a timely appointment. I highly recommend this practice.

It's Memorial day and I need to cancel a doctor's appointment. The phone message said "...and if you have a medical emergency, dial 911. Otherwise stay on the line for the answering service." Ok. Cool, I think. So I can leave a message to cancel the appointment 24 hours ahead to not get dinged. Nope. the answering service rep said they can't take messages. They are only there for medical emergencies. But they just said the call 911 for that...so, again...why are you there?
