I had the same awful experience as the other reviews. Multiple cancelations in one week, no call to confirm appointments, and rude staff. The office manager Marie in the providence location is so unprofessional. I called to book my second appointment and she answered the phone very rude. After getting upset I asked to speak to someone else and she made it impossible, followed by her hanging up the phone multiple times. Please don't waste your time in this place they do nothing to help.

The wrost experience of my life 😭 After today I will never ever ever go back to that office again. The office personnel is terrible! I have never been treated this bad.

Horrible place. The doctor spent all of 15 minutes with me. He didn't care to hear why I was there. I'm glad I wasn't having thoughts of taking my life. He took my copay and told me to return in 4 weeks....WHY?

Turn over in Doctors is significant. Also we received a bill in Oct 2016 for a visit in 2014. We called to correct it and then in Jan 2017 got a collections notice. We received no other bills (from 2014 through 2017). I called again to resolve and receoved no support except that I was lying about calling in Oct. Here is the exact transcript from Kathy in billing:

"Hi, this is Cathy calling from the billing office at Angel Street psychiatry we were just talking about Kristen's bill. I'm just realizing that you said she called somebody a few months ago about this bill, but how did you do that if you guys haven't received any bills? It's kind of wondering. How that works you need to think about that. Okay. Bye. Bye. "

Again very unprofessional!
