First person in the foot for a simple follow up. Place opens at 8 was in the room to see the doctor at 805 and have been waiting over an hour for a simple follow up. Never coming back. Wait time is insane for a follow up. Totally disappointed.

I usually find this to be the quickest way to be treated. I have used EPM for over 10 years and I only have positive reviews. Its certainly not the fanciest place around, but I come here for the quick turnaround for non-serious ailments.

Long wait horrible service. Was in town for vacation with my family. Waited an hour and a half in a mostly empty waiting room. When I was finally brought back to the back room it had three patients ..... waited another hour and a half, just to be treated as though the reason I was here didnnt matter enough to get prompt service. Doctor was rude and unprofessional. She should probably go to a private area if she is going to talk trash about a patient within earshot! My advice to everyone would be to avoid this place

Over a period of 10 days I made three visits to EPMC, as an illness progressively became worse. I was treated by both Dr. T and Dr. Morris, both of whom were appropriately thorough during their respective diagnoses and treatments. Following their clear directions, I fully recovered. I have been a patient here for nearly a decade, and have full trust in the staff and office administration. All are personable, professional and welcoming during each and every each visit.

I have been treated here several times for sicknesses. I Always get a warm welcome from the receptionist when I come in. The nurse Jen was extremely nice and helpful. She always answers all my questions. I was out of there in a timely manner.
