I love my doctor (Tessier) but even he can't make up for how horrible the staff is. They constantly reschedule my appointments without telling me or asking when I'm available, I had a balance of $6 that they never told me about but sent it to collections, and the worst thing was that my chart said I was a Type 2 diabetic but I'm Type 1. Totally different disease and because they put that on my records, it had been affecting how much my insurance paid for my supplies. I ended up out of pocket way more than I should have been because of a clerical error on MEDICAL RECORDS. come on people.

I'm going back to Joslin. Sure, it's in Boston, but they're the best in the world so I'll gladly take the commute over this garbage.

Do yourself a favor and find a specialist OUT of RI! Rude staff is correct. As a health care professional I was blown away of how unprofessional everyone at this business was. Not only did I wait over an hour for my first initial visit with Dr. Chang she walked into the room saw me for 1 minute. Told me I had Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Wrote me a script and walked out. Not even educating me about what was going on with my body! To top it off when is drove over an hour to sign for a release of records so I can find a better physician who actually CARES about their patients they at first gave me a hard time for wanting my records for myself. When I have the RIGHT to my own records. I've been waiting over a month for my records to find out that they never even faxed my records release over to RI hospital. Anyone in their right mind should know to get out of Rhode Island when seeking a health specialist.

frist time they forgot us in office and rec.went home there 4 hours second time there over 2 hours not in last week in last year

Friendly experienced staff. Excellent doctors. I've been going for several years now and will keep on using the Hallet center for my medical needs.

I love all the stall @ the center. I just learned that my doctor will be leaving the practice, I feel that we just are getting established, but a new doctor has been assigned.
