HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I received the highest standard of care during my visit! Not only is the facility clean and spacious, but the staff is also friendly, caring, and comforting. I will, without a doubt, return here with any medical needs! Thank you Primary Walk-In Medical Center!

Best Walk-In around! Fast & efficient. The staff is great to work with. They treat every patient as a priority and are super kind! I would recommend to anyone. Thank you to all the staff members/doctors!

It is unfortunate that an industry who's sole purpose it is to care for people, offered me such poor health services. I just moved here from the West Coast and had not yet had an opportunity to set up a primary care doctor. I went to this urgent care as I believed I was having an allergic reaction. It took FIVE visits and they still did not have an answer or solution for me. They did, and this is in the doctor's words, "over 40 blood and allergy tests..." After five visits and all of these tests they still didn't have an answer. By this point I have rashes and blemishes all over my body. One doctor would call and tell me I had strep throat and needed to come in and I would drive 30 min. to get there, wait an hour and then another doctor would confirm that I didn't. An absolute waste of time. I understand that health issues can sometimes be a mystery but if the primary care physicians did not feel comfortable solving my medical issue, they should have recommended me to a more qualified doctor. They just kept asking me to come back. Another co-pay, another useless prescription. When I called and asked for a referral for another doctor, (a dermatologist to be specific), they asked me to come in again!!!! Why! Just give me the referral. The woman on the phone was so condescending and rude. I will never recommend this urgent care to anyone and I will never return.

Great facility that is very clean. The staff are nice and helpful. The doctor and PA do a great job. I would return here as well as bring my family here. Great medical care was provided.

Primary walk-in Medical Center is such a nice facility! The patient rooms, bathrooms, and waiting area are clean and organized. The staff are so friendly and easy to talk to. The doctors and providers are knowledgeable and really care about helping you feel better! I highly recommend this urgent care for any medical needs.
