Double the price of everyone else. Cross insured me for over 6 years and stupid me I never compared rates. I found 3 other companies half their price. Insurance shoppers Don't bother wasting time on a quote and if you already have insurance with cross I highly suggest you shop around.

This company purchased existing Insurance Agencies in RI, and it became a nightmare for its clients! It was fine before, as a small local agency. But now it's terrible!
I've had the worst experience: poor telephone service, poor phone call return and feedback; they love voice-mail messages - how can you run a business on it? They have higher rates then others (easy to verify: call around other East Providence agencies!). They refused to shop for a better rate for me until my existing 1-year contract was up, which thankfully prompted me to call around and I found out very soon how expensive they were (are). Really! Stay away and keep looking.
