I like to do Banking at santander Bank.
I think everyone their is nice to do Banking with.l think Robert is a nice guy to do Banking with he helped me get my checking account and savings account. Stared on July 1st i like how you can use the debet card as writing a check good idea who ever though of it.Paul Stecker.

The newer outdoor ATM never seems to work so I was forsced to go to the inside old ATM to deposit cash, which I prefer not to do (the new ATM counts the cash you insert). When I entered my info and amount I somehow entered a amount $40 less than I actually deposited. So I figured this would not be an issue as the bank would count the money and be over $40 and my account would ajust accordingly. Well this did not happen. I cvalled the bank twice with no return call. I then called the Santander customer care line, they notified me that I had to file a claim and would possibly have my money in 10 days. This is obviuosly a case where the person counting my money pocketed $40 and figured I would never realize the mistake. I have been with Santader for 12 years and now that I can no longer trust my local branch I will jump ship to TD Bank as I feel they now offer the best servcie and a issue like this would never occurs there. Also Sandander is having major issues with all the newer ATM's and cant seem to resolve it. I tried 3 this past weekend that all had toughscreen issues. This bank has really gone downhill.

When I signed up for a checking account their computer systems were down and they had to send the paperwork in by hand. Not only did I have to come in the next day to complete it, but the guy who was helping fill out the paperwork, Robert, an older, stout, homely gentleman, apparently doesn't know how to read a driver's license an input my information incorrectly. In addition to all of this, they sent me checks in the mail from someone else's account!! Good thing I didn't capitalize on their error.

5 months later, I am out of town when an automatic payment goes through and puts me just barely into the negative, from which I accrued an additional fee just because I couldn't put it into the positive when out of town. I went in for help and Robert once again fails to provide any decent customer service, not only did he make me wait 30min just to get help, he acted like it was some huge favor to refund 1 of the 2 $35 fees I got for being -$20. Absolutely pathetic.
