Horrible.....1 hour and 45 minutes to start a drug screen and dot physical. ...then over an hour in exam room for dr. To finally come in and the computer didn't work so he left.....and I'm still sitting here 20 minutes later, I'd give no stars if possible atmed in johnston is far superior to this, nurse practitioner was awesome though a very bright spot in a crappy environment, then after 4 plus hours to find out that they forgot to run a second drug screen, way to go reading is apparently not required

The staff was fantastic. From the time you arrive to the time you leave it is a very fluid process and friendly atmosphere

Extremely extensive wait... I had an appointment at 1:00 pm and didn't get seen until 2:15. I than proceeded with my tests after all of the tests with the nurse, I waited another 45 minutes in the exam room for the doctor. The staff was great and the nurse I was with for my testing was very nice and very knowledgeable. The wait time was just ridiculous.

Unfortunately, my office experience was rather lengthy and filled with ridiculous actions. My name was spelled wrong on my paperwork for employment screening. I was told to not worry about it. In addition to the long wait time for a scheduled appointment, I was forgotten about in a room while waiting for a vaccine when an employee came in approximately 30 minutes later, asking me why I was still there. To add salt to the experience, an employee of theirs actually had the audacity to forge my signature on paperwork (also misspelling my name). With great persistence after the staff member refused to come forward to their management, I continued to escalate this. I was told by the Corporate Privacy Officer that no one would admit it, so they would just educate staff. I was not pleased with that response. I eventually was able to speak with another administrator who was able to address the issue. To my understanding, there was some type of penalty to this employee when it was escalated to the corporate level. I was informed they were unable to disclose the final consequence due to HR policy.
The only positives - NP had good bedside manner, site manager did the best he could with his staff not being forthcoming, the Admin did address the issue with whatever resulting action

Concentration Urgent Care staffs are very warmth welcoming and the service there is awesome, friendly and all smiling. They made you feel comfortable in and out
