I was at Providence Place and decided to stop at Johnny Rockets for lunch September 23 between 11:15 and 11:45. Now understand at the counter they had 4 customers and no one in line for take out.....so it was not busy. The waitress saw me sit but never came over....she say me trying to get her attention and said she would be right over. She and the other waitress continued their conversation.....gosh wait on a customer how silly. Never came over to take my order in fact she walked past me ......I looked at the cook and said really and decided to leave. Never again.......terrible service.....their conversation was more important than serving a customer.

Of all the times I've been here they've never gotten my order right, and they've never given me even halfway decent service. I don't even get as much as a smile.

Really great burger-type place. Awesome food at decent prices. If it's a pretty busy day in the mall though, expect a bit of a wait on your food.

7 people working and it took 25 mins for 1 shake and 2 cups of ice cream. Absolutely ridiculous!! Not to mention everyone before and after us had their order and left. Kind of high prices as well
