I've been going to this place since Oct 2016 and I LOVE IT. From the moment you walk into the building it's a warm welcoming place. I will say do your research before just going to any place and I'm so glad my research led me here.
The staff are VERY friendly and well informed. I was a first timer with getting a wax and I was very nervous. She talked me through everything and also gave me helpful information about the after care. It also helped that I did my own research which they all encourage as well.
The price is reasonable too, making appointments are easy and if you have to reschedule they are very accommodating to what they can help you with.
Eliza Williams has a customer in me for as long as I'm living in Rhode Island. I would recommend this place to anyone. I haven't tried their other service yet but I have no doubt that, that will be awesome as well.

The first impression from the lighting, furniture and smells you know you come to a place of peace and relaxation. As an RN that has a very physical job, the massage therapy is a life saver. Taylor is so knowledgeable and professional. With her ongoing experience of working with professional athletes, she understands the importance of muscle strength and injury repair. She has created a luxurious environment to focus on her essential therapies. The body scrubs are the perfect treatment for dry itchy skin during our relentless winters. Eliza Williams Spa offers an array of other services including facials, waxing, prenatal and couple massages.
