Nice quite place. But the owners are idiots. They got tired of... who knows what, and all of a sudden they evicted the whole park with 20 days notice in January with a foot of snow on the ground. NOT the most ideal time for undoing all the skirting and pulling a trailer out. I've heard rumors that the owner has some kind of mental illness or something - wouldn't surprise me if it was true. If they open again beware of staying there unless you have a plan B just in case. And like another post said, the bathrooms are usually dirty. I don't think they are ever cleaned.

A fun place for out of timers to camp out. Close by Provo River.

They make it near impossible to get into. They state that there is a 120 day minimum stay but if you're moving and want to stay there while you're in between homes (120 days no prob) they are ridiculous. They state that it cannot be your permanent residency, which obviously it wouldn't be, but then they have people there that have been for years. I do not recommend them at all! Very difficult to work with and apparently they don't want anyone's cash cause they turned away my business.
