Budget Rent A Car

I’d rather pay more for better service. Yes, Budget was cheaper, but the customer service guys were difficult to work with.

Horrible!! Do Uhaul instead!!
First off, I saw a truck out front and needed to move that day. It zoomed off and seemed to be the only one they had. I dropped by as a walk in. Felt unwelcomed and that they had no idea what they were talking about. No price quotes, no help whatsoever... useless!!! Use Uhaul instead - they will have a truck, be responsive and have prices right away!

The car was terrific. People were pleasant. Required more documents than Enterprise

Good if you know what you're getting. Reservations mean nothing so if you have an important trip in the future, you'll probably get a car but probably not what you reserved. Their cars are super nice though, usually very high end trims. A Charger here will be fully loaded where a Charger at Enterprise will be fairly basic. I needed a pickup truck a couple weeks ago and got a very nice Ram 2500 Longhorn the same day I booked it. So if you can deal with gambling on reservations, the cars are super nice. Loss damage waiver through your credit card also takes the risk out of renting here.

This is a horrible place to rent vehicles from! The guy (I think his name was Nick) that helped us kept saying he couldn't help me because he didn't have any cars and he hadn't for a few days. But isn't it best customer service to then call the customer AHEAD of time and let them know so they can make other plans? He was very rude and unprofessional. He had a vehicle that wasn't cleaned that he was trying to clean so we could take that. When I reserved it said I could pay however I wanted. I went with cash. He then said I couldn't pay with cash. I said, "Then why does it say I can pay however I want." Very dishonest. I didn't get out of there until 2 hrs later which made all my other plans late and I couldn't get to my destination on time. THEN when I returned the car, the same rude man helped me and he seemed bothered that I was even returning the car. He kept saying over and over, "I can't return your car right now!" He had me just leave the keys with him and he'd get to it later. I asked him if there was anything I needed to do, or anything I needed to sign and he wouldn't ever answer me. He just kept saying, "I can't return your car now!" Dude, NOT my problem; it's your job. Customer service is horrendous at this location. I won't ever go with them again.
