This place sucks!! The customer service sucks!! The dentists are arrogant!! They don't keep their charts updated... and the rooms are tiny!!! They're very hard to work with!! If I could do less than one star I would!! YOU SUCK all around dental care, shame on you!!

Highly disgusted with the practice of the DOCTOR here. I went in for an exam and he didn't bother to EVEN WEAR A MASK. He was legit exhaling INTO MY MOUTH. It made me feel so damn uncomfortable. Yeah no thanks. It made me feel so uncomfortable and I just think, isn't that the first thing you learn in school? Wear a mask when treating a patient???? Worst experience EVER.

Not a great experience at all. I went in to get a gap fixed between two back teeth and ended up with more problems than I started with. Pain for months. I went back in twice to try and get it solved but nothing really changed. I was told I may just have to wait for it to get better. For months? I don't think so.

Oh and there was also their inability to numb me. It took a half hour and so so many injections. I've never had that problem before. Incompetence seems to abound here.

Took my 3 and 5 year old in. Dentist was sitting behind the receptionist on his phone the entire time. No space for more than one person in the room. When it was time for the dentist to come in he didn't say anything until he was done. And all he said was "yep, she has 2 cavities" and then walked out. No talk of follow up care. When the school health specialist called to see how the visit went he said she would need to be sedated for the next visit.

Although I haven't been a patient here for quite some time I am still suffering the consequences of my only 2 visits. Had a few cavities filled as part of a routine visit. There was blood everywhere. I left with blood dripping out of my mouth and no one bothered to tell me or offer me a tissue. I also felt like the equipment was incredibly dusty which made me nervous about how clean the facility was. Most importantly. I am still dealing with the consequences more than a year later as I have had to spend more money to have the same cavities fixed because they were never drilled deep enough in the first place. I have dealt with consistent mouth pain for a year because the were unable to correctly address the issue. Don't waste your time or money here.
