He runs a nice office, provides nice service at a nice price. A routine visit with insurance can still cost you over a $150. Since he does not except most insurances, I would recommend using a different dentist for your child. I was initially recommended by a friend to go to him, but even she found out that having two insurance providers was not enough to cover most routine visits with Dr. Gifford. So if you like surprise expenses with your Dentist then by all means go to him.

I have been taking my kids to Dr. Gifford for about seven year and have never been disappointed. In fact I came to Dr. Gifford for a second opinion after another dentist told me that when my daughter was only two she was going to need her four front teeth capped. Dr. Gifford told me that we would watch her teeth and try to keep this from happening. Well she has been going to him ever since and has never had a cavity in her life. I hate to think how much money and stress I would have gone through staying with the other dentist. I also love the wonderful staff that works with him. They are so nice and patient with my children. You can not go wrong going to Dr. Gifford.
