Half Price Dental Clinic

They really are close to half price. I have had several root canals and extractions here. Dentists are knowledgeable and even though I have a dental phobia, they make me comfortable and all procedures have been painless.
It is not fancy, but utilitarian. That does not bother me at all. I would rather save on dental than have a really nice office.

We have been going here for almost 2 years and have been loving it. My kids ages 3, 4, and 5 love going to the dentist. My 4 year old just needed one of his baby teeth removed and the dentist did it very well, quickly, and it was very inexpensive without insurance.

I honestly hate the fact that I even have to give it one star in order to leave a comment , my mother came here and got her wisdom tooth out, first off they were not gentle when taking x rays, didn't even numb her with any gel or anything just straight poked her with the needles and she said it was painful , and when they did pull the tooth out they damaged her nerve (we know because after so much pain we went back to her old dentist and he confirmed they did a bad job) they did not give her medication for the tooth causing her to get a nasty infection that caused a lot of discomfort, head aches , fever , even her ear was in pain, her whole right side of her face was in pain. And lastly the Dr "did a filling" her dentist said it was so poorly done and sloppy that he had re do it . She also needed a root canal , but they skipped that and didn't even put it in her "plan" they had for her. I definitely would never recommend this to anyone, it's cheap but not worth it.

I'm being as nice as I can about this. Half Price Dental was horrible for me. Free exam but told me I needed two root canals and three crowns--went back to my old dentist for a free second opinion and I had one cavity. The end. It was far cheaper to pay my original dentist for one cavity than Half Price for a ton of unneeded work that added up to way more than one cavity filling even at half price. My original dentist was surprised as he used to work for Half Price and didn't expect them to rip me off, but he asked if it was one specific dentist in particular he knew (I forget the name, sorry!) so maybe there's just one problem guy there.

I don't know anyone who loves going to the dentist... especially for more than a cleaning :-( BUT I have finally found the most friendly and professional staff and the most accurate and talented doctor all for a reasonable price. I won't go anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Allan and team!
