Worst dentist and business ever. Every appointment I made the dentist barely spent any time with me and would go between me and about 3-4 other people. He left me sitting so long the one time that the numbing wore off and I could feel everything then I had to wait to be numbed again. Then I made payment arrangements and was paying more then they asked me. I missed a payment cause husband lost job and it didn't matter that I had paid more before I was threatened to be take to collections with no sympathy of my situation. Will never come here again.

Really bad experience, my wife went in for a root canal and she was very nervous at the time. The dentist barely spoke to her even though she was basically hyperventilating and even tried to rush her out since they had other patients. We then had to do a follow-up appointment since they rushed her out. They billed us on two separate days for 1 procedure since they were a week apart for the follow-up. I didn't have insurance for that follow-up appointment so they billed me separate for that without insurance! I footed a bill for 500 dollars because they refused to bill the one procedure as such because of the follow-up appointment that they set up because of the rush to push us out. Receptionists were nice and so were the dental assistants on the brightside. Never using them again.

I've been going to Frandsen Dental for a good 4 years and it's always been a positive experience. Nurses are super friendly, dentists are patient, and never had a billing error of any kind.

I don't know anything about dentistry, or insurance, so it's nice to see how patient they are with me going above & beyond to figure out things I don't know (like things related to my insurance... I only know who I'm insured through, they figured everything else out).

I'd highly recommend Frandsen Dental to anyone, my primary dentist was Dr. Rich if it helps.

Very friendly staff. Took my son for wisdom teeth removal and they took very good care of him. I would recommend Frandsen Dental.

I was in urgent need of root canals and they took me in and helped asap. The staff is super nice and makes you feel welcome at all times. A lot of them are bilingual so that's a bonus for any Spanish speaking families out there! They're great and I will be coming back for all future needs.
