I went and had my teeth cleaned by a friend who was studying at the college -- I have no issue with her or what she did.

When the dentist came to give me an examination, he diagnosed me with a cavity. I didn't schedule a return appointment because I was moving to a different state.

I tried to obtain my x-ray for my new dentist, which I could not unless I paid $50. I paid the money, but did not receive my x-ray.

When I went into my new dentist, he did a thorough examination, took new x-rays, and stated that I did not have a cavity.

Either the dentist made a mistake, or was attempting to perform an unnecessary filling to make money. Either way, this place is not worthy of anyone's patronage.

I love being a dental hygienist, and since I came from a background of knowing almost nothing about the profession I owe most everything to the education and staff at ucdh. They were strict, patient, thorough, dedicated to helping us succeed and eventually became like family. Even though at first I was hesitant about the large class size I love all the resources and lifelong friends that have come from my experience at ucdh. I felt prepared as I entered the real world of hygiene and after working in 3 different states I'd still recommend ucdh to anyone!

UCDH really takes care of their students. They prepare their students in every way possible for the real world. They also take care of their students after graduation by providing resources for starting your career.

I took my 3 children in to get cleanings today with 3 different students. The students were VERY cute with my kids. They were very comprehensive and offered other services like panoramic X-rays, sealants, and dental exams at minimal costs. They each took time to educate my children in how to brush and floss which is so important. My kids left with big smiles on their faces and excited to show me what they were taught tonight when they brush their teeth at home. It does take longer at the school but the attention to detail and the time they spend with each patient is worth my time. Best $10 I've ever spent.

I'm grateful for this program, having a bachelors degree was super important and to get it done faster means getting a job sooner. The instructors are great and you get one on one help. It's not an easy curriculum and you have to work hard but it's a great place to get your degree. What surprised me most is that the staff will continue to support you after you graduate. They will help you get a job as well as provide great references if you need them. It's a great school owned by great people.
