This place deserves the full 5 stars! They strive so hard to make sure you get the best possible treatment each time. I am thoroughly impressed with the care and attention they attend my family and I... Not to mention, I have had so many people reccomend this practice to me when I moved to Provo this last year!

I'm so grateful Grandview was recommended to me. Dr. Savage is the best doctor I've ever had. Her level of caring and expertise are unmatched. I absolutely love the staff, I love their policies, I love their attentiveness to call-in medical questions, and I've never had a bad experience.

I don't have health insurance so I was really worrying about how much I had to pay for a cash visit but by the end of my appointment I didn't even really care because of how well I did was treated by the staff and especially the receptionist at the front. I felt like they really truly cared in an authentic way not just because they know they should be nice to you. It was genuine. I walked out of there happier and more calm then when I went in. Highly highly recommend.

Grandview Family Medicine has been the most amazing family medical group I have ever been with! They are easy to get into, it is easy to get a message to the doctor, and they follow up and listen!!!! Dr. Robinson is my doctor, and he is top notch! He is kind, caring, and understanding of patient needs. He has helped me through the most painful postpartum/anxiety/depression that I could not and would have given up on without him. I am so grateful to him.

Edit: My PA called me after entering my previous rating and cleared up all my misgivings and frustrations with the organization and my experience. There were some complications due to vacation times and communicating, but I appreciate the effort she made to make me satisfied with my services and helped clear the air on a lot of issues.
Original: I'm really discouraged with Grandview Family Medicine, and I desperately wanted to have a good experiences with them. They are definitely a kind and friendly staff while I was there, but I can see from the below reviews that I'm not the only victim of how busy their facility is.
TL:DR, took me 3 weeks to get a valid call with results from my tests and pretty much only got a referral to another clinic.
It was disheartening and a little insulting how hard it was to get feedback from my test results. I was told I would be notified within 2 business days about my results and where to go from there. I would pay $65/per test, which seemed reasonable at the time. They didn't get back to me for a week, and when they did, it was a medical assistant (not my PA or the technician), who told me the exact same thing the technician told me the day of my tests and couldn't answer any of my questions on what to do from there. I didn't want to pay $130 for an analysis that didn't give me any details about my body or what's the next step in the healing process, so I pushed for more information. She told me my PA would call me as soon as she was in the following Monday and talk to me about it. She didn't. I got a call a week later from another medical assistant who told me the exact same thing before, and told me she'll get back to me when she has more details after I pressed her again. In the end, it took me 3 weeks to get a tangible answer from the medical assistant (still hadn't talked directly to my PA), and mostly the call was just a referral to another clinic. I wish it hadn't felt like pulling teeth to get medical feedback from them and although I'm sure the physicians have a very busy schedule, I feel like there could have been more care and thoroughness when it comes to getting back to a patient. It was 3 weeks of high anxiety waiting for someone to tell me what was going on, and I didn't appreciate how carelessly and vague my results were presented to me.
