I just recently started donating plasma and I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I have experienced everything good and bad you can experience giving plasma and I will always go back. Not only is everyone here, amazing phlebotomists, they are funny, relatable and SO nice! Not to mention, there must be a requirement that the guys have to be attractive because holy cow. Lemme tell ya... Mac, Jordan, Tanner, Tyler, Nick, and there's a few others whose names I'm spacing on but they make all the bad times worth it for sure. I recommend this location 100%

Definitely love coming here! I like the staff there they make you feel welcomed and taken care of, I had something happen while I was donating and I had plenty of staff around me making sure I was good and they offered me treats kept me calm! I plan on continuing to come here, with an environment like this I recommend it!

I've been coming here twice a week for over five years. Things have always been good. It's a win win situation for donors and recipients of the plasma. Plasma is always needed. I recommend it to everyone who can donate. They will take good care of you here!

I have been donating at this locale since 2007 when I turned 18 and I have pretty much seen and experienced everything you possibly could donating plasma and I would absolutely recommend this center. Every center will have its share of positives and negatives as well as each donor will have his share of positive and negative experiences. That's life. But in my 10 years, I would definitely say my net results have been positive. The center is neat, their system is efficient, and their staff are professional and well trained. Come here, save lives, and start making a little extra money.

This center is incredible! From the kind and caring staff, to the relaxed atmosphere, it feels like family now! You get to know the staff on a first name basis quickly, because they are all so sweet, and caring. They become your friends so quickly! I'm always greeted with a smile and asked how I have been, which I appreciate. The staff remembers who you are when you come in again, they are always happy to see you. They take the time to know you, and make sure you are safe and comfortable during the donation process. They are professional and dedicated to giving you the best experience they can, not to mention quick to help! I'm very impressed with the generous promotions, especially the ones during the summer and holiday seasons. I've never missed being payed, or even received payments any later than 15 minutes after my donation. I love that I can set an appointment online, so waiting times are short most days. Orem has my business.
