I'm not sure which doctor I saw (it was 11/3 around 6:00), but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I honestly expected an urgent care doctor to spend little time with me and be of little assistance, but I went anyways because I was in a lot of pain. The doctor I met with really tried to help with what I was experiencing, and explained things very well to me. I would definitely recommend this instacare.

Everyone was pleasant to talk to, but this visit was not helpful at all. I paid a significant copay amount just to be handed a piece of paper with some other doctors listed on it; a list I could have googled for free. They shouldn't make you pay unless the doctor actually does something to help you.

Office ladies were friendly and quick. Nurse that took us in was a little grumpy but tried to be pleasant. Doctor and nurse who wrapped my toe were really nice and informative. Quick in, quick out, no complaints but that the nurse could have been gentler cleaning my toe. Very clean facilities and overall very helpful and caring staff.

Dr. Evans and nurses were so helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. I felt my son was in great care. We have had to come back each day for dressing changes, which take about 5 minutes, and all was well until tonight. My son and I came to the door at 8:53 knowing they closed at 9:00, the door was locked, we knocked until they came. The woman who finally opened the door was being really rude and defensive and lied and said she came out at 8:55 and no one was here, but my son saw her see him. Then they reluctantly agreed to change his dressing and the receptionist was being short and rude telling me "You had all day to come in." at which point, we left. I refused to let them touch my son. I've never seen such arrogance, assumption and disregard for patients. I know we were there at the last minute, but I knew it would only take minutes. They were so mean spirited and in the wrong, we were there before they closed, plain and simply.

Came here one evening on a Sunday after receiving a cat bite. I was seen within 10 minute of arriving and was given a tetanus shot and a script for antibiotics. Staff were wonderful and informative. They even recommended sending my prescription to Walgreens across the street because it's the only one open on a Sunday. Was in and out in half an hour.
