My gas furnace failed on Monday, while I was at work. I took Tuesday off to meet the repairman when he arrived in the late afternoon. He said all it needed was cleaned... But it failed again Tuesday night. No repair until Thursday. He said he had to do a little rewiring... But it stopped working again Saturday evening. I phoned Elevate Home Warranty -- the 4th call I've made to them -- at 5 pm. Didn't receive a word from Elevate, didn't hear from a repairman. I have no idea when -- or even IF -- i can expect to have my furnace working until Monday! I've been 5 days now! Can I get some service?
If you'd like a little more reliable service -- not to mention more prompt -- I'd look elsewhere for a home warranty.

Wow! Super impressed with the leadership of this company. They are growing and I see why. Fantastic business model. They return phone calls and manage details with excellence. I refer them whenever I can. Thanks Elevate Home Warranty!

Said they would do one thing and then they did another. when dishwasher broke they just paid for a new dishwasher and not the install. Told us that that they would cover the first call out fee and then when the repair company came out they charged us. So now I'm out the call out fee and the install and tax on the dishwasher. Seemed nice at first but then when it was time for them to hold up there end of the deal they put up a lot of resistance. Not happy. It probably would have been easier not to have the home warranty and just kept the money that we paid for it and applied it to the dishwasher fix.

December 2016:
Recently bought a home which included the elevate home warranty. After moving in we found fish gravel in the disposal, no water to the fridge, and leaky and malfunctioning showers. We did have a home inspection but these items were not fixed. Elevate refused to cover everything except for the showers, and for those told me that I would need to pay for the initial diagnostic. I ended up fixing the issues by myself and with my own money. The warranty is not worth the paper its written on.

Our furnace fan broke and I contacted them again. They were very accommodating. They scheduled the technician and the only thing I had to pay was the initial diagnostic fee. This time it paid off.

Kate...or maybe it was Katie, who fielded my call today, 6/21/17 should get a promotion. She was exceptional. As a property manager in Southern Utah, I dread calling home warranties. This was the first time I have felt like I got decent service. (regardless of the company) Really Kate gave exceptional service. Hats off to her. I will recommend my new owners to work with Elevate due to this (my only) positive experience with a home warranty. Lets hope they keep up the good work!
