Plexus Yoga Wheel

My husband and I suffer back issues, so he ordered the set of three after reading glowing reviews.
I can see how they would work for yoga, but I give it a huge thumbs down for back problems.
It is extremely awkward to balance on the large "beginner" wheel. I tried it on carpet and a wood floor and my (average size) body contorted into unnatural positions when I tried to roll.
Not only that, the textured "yoga mat" material the wheel is covered with hurt! When I rolled, it actually removed a layer of skin from my back through my cotton shirt!
Needless to say, these wheels were packed up and returned.
Absolutely horrible experience.

horrible shipping experience. I had to pay the shipping to get the product, the shipping to send it back plus the entry fee by Fedex. It cost me almost $120 for something I ended up that I didn't want. For the price you pay they could at least offer free shipping on returns. Money grab!!!!

This product worked wonders on my back! I have used it every morning when I am stretching and I have become much more flexible and my back feels great after I use it. The wheel is sturdy and does just a little bit more than an ordinary foam roller. Highly recommend this brand over Dharma Yoga wheel because it is made by a local, start up company and a portion of my proceeds went to WaterAid! I love a company that pays it forward!
