Bank of American Fork

I've banked with Bank of American Fork (Bank AF) for the last six years. I live a block away, and they were running a special on savings accounts with a high interest rate. Now years later, I rarely jump through all the hoops to get the interest rate, but I still bank here. I love being able to walk in and have the tellers know my name, my businesses, and be able to help me without a dozen different ID's and fingerprints. I love having an app doesn't even require me to go to the bank for most things. Yes, new employees are hired at the bank every so often and I have to fish out a driver's license... but I feel taken care of here.

I love their customer service, the lady that helped me were very nice.

BAF has a really cool building at this location. If I was a window washer, I would love to have their business. Their customer service is good and I have had friendly interactions with the staff. They also feature a balloon in every 4th of July hot air balloon event. Great local bank that I can recommend.

Great bank had only one dealing with them, went as smooth as ice. Thank You. Wished my bank took there job as serious as they Do.

I've done several commercial loans over the years--all have closed quickly and easily. Steve Winters does an amazing job taking care of his clients, always available and responds quickly.
