Update: Sat for an hour waiting for a loan officer on a Friday morning. Horrible awful wait time to do something that took 5 min.

These guys have poor interdepartmental communication. I called their call center and was told one thing, then went in and was told another. Then I called the call center and was told that the people in the branch were incorrect. I ended up speaking to a manager who finally told me the same thing the branch people told me. Waste of time.

I've been a member for about ten years, and this branch is the least impressive one I've seen. I ordered some checks through this branch once, and not only did it take eight weeks to get the checks to me, but they also got my name wrong, my address wrong, and a couple other key pieces of information that goes on the checks. I asked them to reorder them, which they did. Again, another six week wait (they told me it would be two weeks) so they printed some temporary checks at the branch to finally give me a few to use. This experience characterizes the general sloppiness and apathy the branch shows consistently, every time I go in.

Great tellers, friendly staff. Even if it's busy they'll always get you taken care of.

The branch manager personally called me to tell me my written review of them was rude and unappreciated. Hahaha I've been banking here since I was 10. Funny that you're willing to lose a customer and his family over something so small

Pretty great credit union. One of their employees was really rude to me though once when I pulled a car loan. I had questions she didn't have the patience to answer.
