I visit this branch frequently through out the work week and have never had a bad experiance, even when i was being completly rude to them when i was frustrated with other things. No matter the issue they always work with me to help me through it. Very patient and if they dont know the answer they will find it or ask someone else who knows it. I love every one especially Caroline and Barret. The rest of the staff is amazing i just cant remember their names (sorry guys and gals). Definatly would recommond going to this branch.

Best customer service I've ever had at a bank. And they give better deals and benefits than the other banks I've tried, too.

This is maybe the worst run branch I've ever visited. The tellers are the only ones that work. The others just sit at their desks and watch as the tellers run around and try their best to get people in and out. At one point they were the only ones helping people as everyone else went downstairs with six or seven customers standing in line. The pink-haired Hispanic girl lied about fee schedules/policies and then was completely unwilling to fix or even acknowledge her own mistake and I was charged ridiculous amounts of fees for not accounting for the fee I was told did not exist. Don't let the customer service from the tellers fool you. This bank is poorly managed. Bank somewhere else.
