Terrible customer service from theri Business "Specialist" He (Geoff Spencer) had to keep calling his boss to know the requirements to know what was needed to open a business account for an LLC and for a sole proprietor business account. He finally got it figured it out or so I thought and I made an appointment to come in to set up a business account for an LLC and one for a sole proprietor. When I arrived he told me that I needed the business license. The day before he said that i just the business license number was fine (Orem couldn't give me the business license yet) Anyways I went in and he couldn't set up an account for me. I had taken an Uber there because my car is in the shop and no rental cars were available until later today. So basically a bad experience which could have been avoided with better knowledge and communication.

We came here for opening a checking account and the staff were really nice and explaining everything we want to know clearly. These guys were great
