When our local pharmacy shut down in west Provo, we were delighted to see our Pharmacist move there. They know us by name and really help in managing our meds. Just this month we started buying meds for our aging dog. Great place with exceptional customer service!

Terrible customer service, horrible. I never thought going to a pharmacy could be such a bad experience. Everyone there should be Fired!!!

Pharmacy is good, however the closing time is often too early for some to get prescriptions in and filled before they close.
The rest of the store however has confusing price tags of late. It's hard to tell a sale price from a regular price, and you have to look very close up to see a sale end date, and the problem is often with the coloring of the tags. Red which is often used elsewhere for certain bigger sales is used for some regular pricing, yellow is used for both regular and sale pricing. So it makes it hard to see what prices are sale and which are regular prices.
Sale prices frequently are at least 20 percent over even the non rollback prices at Wamart, and slightly higher than most other stores.
Management of the chain generally is leftover management from when this was an Albertsons, which explains the pricing issues observed, although the price tags described above come from about July 2014 to present, another factor is it is said that Associated Foods got in over their heads on the purchase of the Albertsons properties, and have had to try to recoup their large losses by various means.
