Bushnell pt is the BOMB DOT COM! Seriously, I had great service here while being treated for my shoulder recovery from a major labrum repair surgery. The staff and therapists are all very friendly and do their jobs extremely well. Justin especially is awesome to work with and makes it interesting by actually talking to you and getting to know you as a human being, as do all the aides. I got to work with a couple of the other therapists such as Dan and Ned only a couple times but they were also superb and I’m sure I would’ve had a similarly fantastic experience with any one of them being my usual physical therapist here. Hopefully I never need physical therapy again, but if I do I’ll definitely choose Bushnell as long as I live in the Provo/Orem area (and maybe even a bit farther out - they’re that good I’d be willing to drive a reasonable distance). Two thumbs way up!

I have been to a few different PT facilities over the valley and BY FAR Bushnell PT is the best! I don't feel like it's a chore or something I HAVE to do. I feel like I'm going to the gym where my buddies help me get better. Every member of this staff is friendly and helpful. They do not rush you. They want you to get better. Ned is your buddy. He is involved with you and your situation. His team of physical therapists are the exact same way. I don't feel like a 1:00 appointment, I feel like their patient. I went to Ned about 2 years ago after having surgery on my shoulder and now it is amazing! I had to have my other shoulder operated on and we are improving everyday. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I will never go to another PT office, well other than their Orem location lol.

The staff here is amazing!! They are always attentive to my needs, and the physical therapists always make sure that I'm comfortable and that my situation is improving. I have spinal issues and have had a lot of pain in my back and neck, but since I've been seeing the therapists at Bushnell, my pain has greatly reduced within as short of a time as two months. They know what they're doing! They try specific methods and tactics to help fix the problem instead of throwing a lot of different methods at you at once. It's also a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere!

A friendly and supportive place! My main physical therapist was Justin and he took the time to explain my diagnosis and his plan to help me get better. He genuinely cared about my progression. I worked a little with the other PT's and they were great as well. 10/10 would come here again.

As an active athlete, it was really important to me to get back into my sport as soon as possible. Bushnell Physical Therapy not only helped me back on my feet, but left me in better condition than before I got injured. Thanks to their care and conditioning, I not only won a State Championship, but I also was advanced in my martial arts discipline.

From a practical side, they are very good at working with your schedule, and I never had any problem getting in. Their staff are knowledgeable, and super friendly and kind, and every once in a while I'm tempted to just go back and visit for the fun of it.

Excellent people, excellent service. Would recommend to anyone!
