Most of the staff are pretty amazing,some are not, I would never put a family member here,after seeing the care and how everything is and how some residents are treated. I pray for all the residents here.

My mom has recently been placed at Provo rehab the atmosphere is good nice and clean but the care is very poor unable to reach the nurse when I call left on unending hold hard to have somebody in their facility when you live two hours away because you cannot contact anyone

This facility has made a lot of progress over the past couple of years. I first worked at this facility as a CNA 10 years ago and it has come a long way since then. The remodel looks very good and the facility leadership seems to really care.

The rooms are brand new, large, and private. I couldn't ask for a better place for my mom.

Mouse running around room first night. Dad just had brain surgery, but people very nice
