This Cafe Rio is great, but not consistent. I've gotten the pork salad about 20 times and the flavor and proportions often vary. Also, when ordering pick up you often wait much longer than expected, depending on the time of day.

The line was huge but that's because it was double points day. I went about a week later and there was a line, but they moved through it quickly and it wasn't that long. The food is good though and the atmosphere is fun, relaxed, and makes a great place to get food from!

This location of Cafe Rio is ridiculous. They often mess up our order; the order is often thrown together, even when they aren't busy; and it's often not ready at the specified pickup time, also even when they're not busy. I almost gave them an extra star just because it's Cafe Rio and Cafe Rio is great, but couldn't bring myself to do it.

I always come here and the service is great. We don't like waiting in line because we have a short lunch break in between clients, so we decided to use their call ahead service.
We called ahead 45 minutes.
We were not greeted when we were at the phone order pick up line and it was slow. We waited 15 minutes before being addressed- and we were only addressed because I had to say "excuse me - is this where I wait for an order?" To the 7 people who appeared to be working the call in/catering area. So I asked the cashier at the walk in line (after she finished helping a customer) for assistance if our order was ready- and she said she only had one order.
But it was clear on the phone that we had called in 3 separate orders.
They said they only had one order for one salad and that it was still cooking.
Really? 45 minutes later you haven't made it yet?
So we asked if it would be quicker to go through the line because there were only 2 people in it and they said yes, except the salad was ready.
So the person without the salad waited while the other in our party had to go through the line.
when they got to the cashier we were notified that the veggie salad had been tossed out and we had to wait for them to remake it.
Then, they couldn't understand why we had gone through the line when we had call in orders.
My point: we were not greeted, then we were told several different instructions our call ahead order wasted our time
And not we don't have a lunch break to eat our food because we spent 30 minutes at the restaurant because no one working there was communicating with each other or the customer. This is not okay.
I would've been written up at my current food service job for neglecting a customer. And I hope some sort of action is taken or I won't be coming to this restaurant again.

Once again a disappointment. This time I thought I would try to make an online order instead of coming in, since the employees seem to have trouble putting together my order. I guess it doesn't matter with this location. No one there seems to know how to follow simple instructions, even from an online order. I came in to pick up the order. It was wrong, and instead of making the simple fix the employees just threw it away. Again, I told them what I wanted and it was not a complicated order and they messed it up again! After throwing that order in the trash and wasting an additional 15 minutes of my time they finally got it right the third time. No discount given. This place needs some serious training and retraining and better service. Ridiculous.
