How do you spell "great"? Z-u-p-a-s that's how. I've eaten here 2-3 times a week over the past couple of months. I've loved my experience every single time. The staff got to know me well enough that they would know what I want to order just by looking at me. Sometimes you wanna go where every body knows your name and they're always glad you came.
Ashton, you keep up the good work. I think you'd be a cool boss to work for and I should know because I'm pretty cool.
Katt, you keep killing it my friend. My salad always seems to taste a little better when you've made it. Thanks for the great food ladies.

Zupas is just plain good. The food is made in-house so it's fresh. The service is quick and friendly. It's a great healthy option for a reasonable price.

Good food at a good price. Its fresh and taste great. The staff isn't ideal as they are typically teenagers but it's still a good experience every time I come in.

Great food and service! Sorry Zupas corporate but I'm not a fan of the new layout of the seating and the cool colors in the recent remodel; difficult to navigate with a tray and feels industrial. This has always been a warm and cozy place with fantastic food. Still great food and great staff, just less cozy and harder to walk through.

They have fantastic food and it's a great place to get a nice soup, salad, or panini (or any combination of those). I'm sad that they don't allow you to sub meats anymore. So they get 4 stars, not 5. Other than that, an excellent meal if you're wanting something tasty and light. UPDATE: Their new renovations really made the place feel much more modern. It's still very noisy though, but the placement of their recharge and drink bar acts as a partition which means the back of the restaurant is a bit quieter. (The side with the windows that face 2230 N)
